What else can I do to increase to my chances of getting a scholarship? I am 14 years old. I want to start early. My dream is to go to Harvard , Yale or Princeton. Please help.

Hello again Mario! I appreciate your proactiveness in the college admissions process and great job on maintaining straight A's. In regards to scholarships, there are multiple things you can do to increase your chances of receiving scholarships. Here are some helpful tips:
Apply to as many scholarships as you can- Applying to multiple scholarships can help you expand your options and increase your chances of getting awarded these scholarships.
Start with small scholarships- Often times, you may feel compelled to apply to large scholarships like the Gates scholarship which is completely fine. However, these scholarships are highly competitive. Smaller scholarships tend to be less competitive which will help you gain the upper hand in the scholarship selection process. Start Early- Applying to scholarships early is very important. This allows you to manage your time more effectively and submit your scholarship materials within an appropriate amount of time
Emphasize your Identity and background in your writing- For scholarships that require essays, it is important that you highlight how your background and identity correlates with your response to the given prompt. This will give scholarship committees insight into who you are as a person in addition to your academic merit. This can be done by explaining the significance of your involvement in certain extracurriculars and/or aspects of your life experience.
