I applied to UGA, Bama, LSU and Howard U. I am a little concerned that I may not have the grades and scores they are looking for. I have a 2.7. and have a 23 on my ACT. Do you think I have a chance to get into those schools? Or should I apply to more? And is it too late? Thank you. Dex

Thank you for reaching out Dexter! I appreciate your deep consideration of the college admissions process. I see that you are hard working and determined. Keep up the good work! From the credentials you have given me, its very possible that you will get accepted to at least one of the colleges you have applied for.
In regards to applying for more schools, I highly recommend it. I would focus on applying for safety schools. This allows you to have multiple options in choosing your university and offers a safety net to fall back on if needed. Even though it is late in the admissions process, many colleges are still accepting applications in what's called rolling admissions. This, usually, means that a college will continue to accept college applications beyond the regular decision deadline. This form of admissions can apply for certain programs that a university offers or all programs. Some schools participating in rolling admissions include but are not limited to the University of Pittsburgh, USF and FSU.
